If you want to point out someone is mormon then that's all they are.

This report from Kidal tends to give a negative impression of voting for the whole of Mali. Not only is Kidal an exception in the present situation, but it also represents only a tiny fraction of voters. In the rest of the country the voting went pretty well, taking the circumstances into account. The article's title mentions there is Mormon candidate for the presidency, but then nothing about him in the article. The Mormon candidate is Samake, who never had the slightest chance to win the election, in spite of the illusion given to Mormons in the U.S. Is the story from Kidal already a way to explain why Samake didn't win by blaming beforehand the voting procedure? Results expected to be announced early August.
