Prosecutors witholding evidence to stack the deck against a defendant is nothing
new. Sad, but ture.
So, why not give Zimmerman a fair trial and then move on? There appears to be a
lot of heavyweight politics going on behind the scenes. The use of
"premeditated" in this instance appears to be way overboard. A charge of
manslaughter evidently would have been upheld and everyone could move on. The
extreme charges are a boon only to the national media.
Honesty and integrity have been on the decline for people who swear and take an
oath to maintain integrity and honor in their specified jobs that require those
character traits. It appears we have had Presidents and even Attorney Generals
in the United States of America have done this before. Since those occasions,
people's pride make them believe they won't be caught. Even in our
state elected officials in high offices think they may be above the law. A
lowly attorney in Florida won't be the last to do this abhorrent behavior
while representing a client, the people of the State of Florida with all the
integrity he could muster, none.
