    My doctors at the UofU - perinatologist, high risk pregnancy - have not put me on bed rest on any of my high risk pregnancies (including twins and placenta previa)
    as much as i would have liked to have "taken a break", they knew better. all babies have been healthy. twins born at 35 weeks. (only slightly premature for twins)
    as one doctor said to me when i asked if i could fast when pregnant. "sure. just don't do it for several days in a row. BUT, if you need an excuse...."
