    they dont want to pass it anyway. republicans like it the way it is big companies can under pay people make more profit more money for the party and super pacs. just like the budget they have signed agrements not to raise taxes and wont so no budget will get passed that brings in more money . they will try and take more from the working clas and the poor and the old. money is the god of the us now.

    You don't seem to understand business law. Corporations have a fiduciary obligation to maximize profits for their stockholders. That means operating as cheap as possible. Which means hiring the cheapest labor available. And, in some cases that means cheap illegal immigrant labor.

    On the other hand, corporations are obliged to obey the laws of the land which means they are breaking the law when they hire illegals. And still on the other, other hand, if the government won't file charges against corporations hiring illegals, there's no incentive to obey the law. I think Utah drivers can understand this... they routinely exceed speed limits on freeways and highways yet the highway patrol does nothing about it... they let 'em zoom by, so the assumption is, the cops don't care.
