A lot of similarities here with the recent legislation being considered on gun
control. More goverment control deciding what is moral, legal and for the
betterment of society. If nothing else it keeps the guys and gals in black
More wasted taxpayer money spent in an attempt to impose religious beliefs. The
Supreme Court has already ruled very clearly on this issue, and this will easily
be defeated in court. Like has happened in other states before, the state of
North Dakota will be left with the bill for legal fees on both sides, all for a
Owning a gun that can kill lots of people is bad, but killing someone with a
heartbeat is good.
Why would an obstetrician want to practice in ND with the threat of prosecution
hanging over every decision you make?
You could make it six days or six hours. Of course, you'd also have to
check each vehicle leaving the state to check all women of child bearing age to
see if anyone was pregnant. Then you'd have to check them IN again to make
sure they still were, or at least that they had a doctor's report on what
had ended the pregnancy. I understand ND has a big state surplus, but is this
REALLY the way state resources should be used, assuming, that is, that a court
challenge doesn't get the law thrown out first?
An abortion on a fetus 12 weeks or more, is called a "partial birth
abortion." Can be done by "saline (salt) amniocentesis." Saline
injected into uterus. Baby poisoned, burned. Painful. Mother delivers, dead,
burned, shriveled baby. Or, 2nd-3rd trimester (12 weeks on...), curette
inserted. Fetus cut-up. Placenta & fetus parts scraped out through cervix.
Take note my fellow Mormons:This legislation is NOT in harmony with the
LDS Church. There is no exceptions for:Rape, Incest, Life and
Health of the Woman, or viability of the Fetus.
