Outrageous!!!We just pledged $500+ million in "aid" to Egypt
yet we don't have enough money for American schools and American students?
For the past decade we have thrown trillions away in the Middle East. Yet we are
the ones making the sacrifices? When can we nation build... DOMESTICALLY? We
definitely need it!When is enough enough?
Obviously finances are a factor, but when the number of children attending
school drops significantly, it makes sense to consolidate the schools and close
some of them. The purpose after all, is to educate the children, not
employ union members.
And whose fault is this? How about laying the blame where it belongs: The State
of Illinois and the city of Chicago!
