This is war against those that participate in terrorism isn't it?The laws of war are different than laws during non war time aren't
they.If someone is waging war against a country, it shouldn't
matter their citizenship should it?
These people -- who have made a decision to wage terrorism against us -- are no
different than Mr. Dykes in Alabama who waged a war of terrorism against a bus
driver and small boy.If they cannot be arrested without risk to
other Americans, they should be taken out if possible. Drones make that
possible. It's very interesting that in Washington, some of
those who have been very critical of the President for being "too soft"
are among those critical of these actions. But they were gung-ho when
a previous President started an unnecessary war and put it all on the national
...against all enemies - Foreign and Domestic.so, if you don't
like it, change the Constitution.
@one old man Please tell us what you were saying when Bush was water boarding
terroists? Also what were you saying about Gitmo and the black ops prisons? The
American King has the list and he alone makes the choice as to what American and
when to drop a bomb on them. I am pretty sure the Constitution address's
this in in ? fourth, fifth, and fourteen amendment. But then we know what great
respect liberals have for the Constittuion and especially the American King.
That American King saying, we can kill you, United Sates citizen. You have no
constitutional right to a jury by your peers. You have no constitutional right
even to probable cause or to due process. You have no right to a lawyer. You
have no right to counsel. You have no right to anything.“If I
suspect you, just suspect you, without evidence, that you were thinking about
committing an act against the United States of America, I can kill you,”
mohokatOgden, UTa soldier is always the judge, jury and
executioner. The President is the Commander in Chief. In the
military, we had orders to shoot-to-kill ANYONE who crossed security lines. The Navy Seals who took out Osama Bin Laden were authorized by the
President.FYI - those armed guards around posted around state-side
U.S. based military installations aren't armed to stop North Koreans,
Chinese, Iranians or Russians.
@LDS a soldier is always the judge, jury and executioner. The President is
the Commander in Chief. Now that is quite profound. In the
military, we had orders to shoot-to-kill ANYONE who crossed security lines.Keyword: crossed. Having actually crossed. Not maybe, might or I think
might cross. I suspect will cross. Had to be did cross.Bin Laden was
not a U.S. Citizen.FYI - those armed guards around posted around
state-side U.S. based military installations aren't armed to stop North
Koreans, Chinese, Iranians or Russians.Same Keyword.
Mohokat -- there is a very big difference between torture and killing a person
who has declared war on the United States.
@ old man Read the American King's proclomation again or once. It
does not say declared war it says suspected. It is if the King thinnks it so.
Again the Constitution gets in the way and again liberals have no problem with
