Hilarious. No mention that oil companies have been given an exeption from the Clean Water Act.

Making the statement, "EPA has determined that there are not levels of contaminants present that would require additional action by the agency," it concluded last July.

That's because the EPA has no legal grounds to take any action against fracking.

I find this article full of nuanced slimy oil company lawyer answers to simple questions.

In the interests of fracturing, and a variety of other practices of the petroleum exploration industry, the concept of 'drill, baby', to which we so enthusiastically subscribed only a few years ago, must excuse a few problems here and there. It's the trade we were willing to make.

watch the documentary "Gasland". I personally would not want my tap water lightable! If it is so safe - why is it exempt from the clean water act? Why do they need this exemption?

Just how many of you have ever been around a frac job? Please stand up and be counted, oh come on now i know you all have more oil field experiance that those of us that work in it. And please when you start complaining about some thing you have know knowledge of just remember you will not fid the truth by watching AM radio. All so next time you turn up the heat in your house or put gas in your car it came from the ablity to drill and frac.

Oh really "not here" while working in the oil field they often gave you time and resources to test the ground water? You're an environmental engineer? There are plenty of engineers that have documented contamination in ground water from fracking.

So you stand and be counted. Post your evidence and credentials.
