Somehow BYU will still get blamed for this.

I suspect that this young man will end up at another school. Most likely in time for the start of winter semester. Chances are also good that he will start playing for his new school at the end fall semester next December. Which school? Time will tell.

I must admit that until I read this headline I had no idea who this young man was. This may seem like a silly or even inappropriate question because I know nothing of his background, the high school he attended or anything else relevant, but why would a supposed D-1 basketball school that struggles for attention and recognition recruit a player who averaged 13 points a game his senior year in HS?

ca reader, Just the fact that you think Utah State struggles for attention and recognition, shows you have no idea about College Basketball. Feel free to do your homework and check back later......after you know the facts. Bye now.

    Ca reader...
This is the strangest analogy ever...well maybe, "how can that be my dog? My car is red" might be worse?

I know the players background...but at the heart of the problem is that Utah State should never recruit players who score 13 points in high school
    ... 12? Yes... 14? Of course... 13? Never!!

They should have offered Race Parsons from South Sevier. The whole package, skills and heart!

    indycrimson,
This is exactly correct because, as everybody knows, 13 is an unlucky number.
