Let's pray for an answer.
How about calling for a few moments of quiet contemplation before a meeting?
Then Christians, Muslims, Hindus, whatever can pray to their gods for guidance,
and atheists can sit there and be quiet?
That sounds like a possibility Danny Chipman, but have you ever heard of an
atheist being quiet?? Those i know never are and are never satisfied.

solution... and if an atheist afflicted with verbal dysentery does show up to
make a stink, just explain the scientifically proven benefits of quieting the
mind for short periods of time. If that doesn't work, just tell him/her
that the moment of silence is for Darwin's birthday.
Or how about just starting the meeting and focusing on business, rather than
trying to turn everything into a proselyting opportunity, or a Church
meeting? Why is it so hard for believers to just refrain from shoving
your religion down everybody's throats?
