The problem I have with using emails as evidence is that even if they're
from you outbox, there is a possibility that you didn't write them. Email
forgery is actually not too difficult for highly motivated individuals, and if
someone gains access to your email, then you run the risk of being incriminated
in activities that you didn't do. A safe rule: One should
consider all communications sent over a network to be permanent and fully
visible to random strangers...
That those in charge of our intelligence agencies apparently don't know
that e-mails get kept on servers, and on backup devices, is a little ironic.
We are as Free as we want to be.I vote that we do not let the
"government" more into our lives. We don't need them reading any
of our emails.The Gestapo is going to be watching you so don't
slip.We don't need any of this kind of terrorist action from
our own government against us.Power to the States! Power to the

And who do we owe for that?Thank George W Bush, Dick Cheney,
