Hopefully, John Boehner and his buddies will begin to work toward solutions.
The first step needs to be repudiating the pledges they signed with Grover
Congress needs to cut spending and it needs more revenue. How can it do that?
It's very simple. Congress needs to repeal every law that keeps business
from expanding. Every time someone on welfare gets a job, government saves
$20,000 or $30,000 in spending. Those workers will also pay taxes.Taking more money out of the private sector will destroy existing jobs and
government costs will increase to feed and house those people.
Re: "Avoiding fiscal cliff require both presidential and congressional
leadership"And, since we know neither exists, it's fiscal
cliff, here we come! But that's OK.Americans need an
up-close and personal vision of where liberalism is leading us. We need a Greek,
eurosocialist experience to remind us why it's so critical that we return
to sanity and decency. Before it's too late.Liberals, embrace the cliff! It's the future you're peddling.
