What a great picture to see a man who knows how to lead by example. He
understands the words of humanitarian service for others. He understands what
it is like to be in those situations when people need help and can't do it
on their own. He also understands that the people that can volunteer to help
others is a gift from God for those who are downtrodden. He has a
smile on his face and is actively working to make a difference in this world.
That is the type of person I can visualize in the White House and showing the
world that we are a great nation due to our founding fathers and the leaders
that exemplify those types of characteristics. You can tell he
hasn't been influeced by our adversaries to give in to oppressors or
dictators when they try to take away our freedoms. He understands our value
system and that plenty of our soldiers prior to the revolutionary war to the
shores of Tripoli or Benghazi sacrificed their lives for us and our country. We should be proud to have a volunteer from the Olympics volunteer to
represent us as President next week.
Collecting supplies in a swing state is politicking. How ironic to have a
campaign derailed by a natural disaster.
one vote~If you had been paying attention without all your
preconceived notions, you would know that pitching in to help is part of
Romney's character. If you don't believe it, go back and read the
stories from the RNC. Or, look at a Forbes column on 10/22/2012 titled "The
Mitt Romney You Don't Know (Yet)".Disagree with his
politics, whatever, but attacking his character makes you look very small. What has Obama ever done, just out of the kindness of his heart, to help
@ LoveLife: "Disagree with his politics, whatever, but attacking his
character makes you look very small."You make such a great plea
and have such a great statement, and then you do exactly what you warn one vote
not to do - thereby losing all credibility.
@Kalindra~I didn't make an accusation, I asked a question. How does
someone lose credibility asking a question? If you or one vote can answer it,
that's great. I'll give Obama all the credit.

Gov. of Mass.Service is who Romney is and what he does, and the
liberals hate him for it.
Interesting to find out that much of the grocery supplies were bought and paid
for by the GOP election committee and given to people as a ticket to meet the
Candidate. Kind of a staged event don't you think?
Louie, Where did you get that information. Regardless of weather it was a staged
event or not, what was going on there was to help those affected by Sandy.
Besides, this disaster didn't hurt Obama's election campign either.
The President did his job. Romney threw a photo op and tried to pretend that he
cared. Business as usual for both of them. Business as usual.

Re: Furry1993 Ogden, UT"Romney threw a photo op and tried to pretend

Mormons do during a disaster. Probably why the Mormon missionaries were out
doing the same thing.
