Saying he would do it again is dumber than his decision to go for two the first
I agree with Bronco
I grow weary of these moral victories. Yes the defense played great and I'm
sure Bronco (deservedly) takes some of the credit for that. But he is more
concerned about the defensive play than the knuckleheaded decision to go for 2.
Petersen, Whittingham, and Anderson always man-up if they make a mistake or
don't perform up to expectation. Not Bronco. He never admits when he is
wrong.Except for the past 3 or 4 years, BYU has been an offensive
powerhouse. BYU's legacy is built on that offensive prowess. Now it
can't be described as anything more than just weak. A good defense might
win some games but it is a potent offense that sells tickets and increases
exposure.I think we have the talent in the receiving corps. Doman
and the QB need to figure out how to put some testosterone in our aerial game or
go find a new job.
I never thought I'd see the day BYU sported a top ten defense, had NFL
caliber receivers on both sides, and good running backs (Alisa is good but,
Williams has potential to be great). They have these things and
I'll be surprised if they see a bowl game.
