I really wouldn't call it life, its just reshuffling the old and limited
new construction that leaves in doubt the quality and limited life span of new
homes. This sales trend is really not a factor in our economy, its all out of
state and out of country speculation buying property and tangible assets by
foreign interest who don't plan to live here. This means they
are short term speculators hoping to profit from our recession and depressed
economy. Our state likes to stretch the information to make nothing look like
something, its what they do all day since there are no other job related tasks
for them to do, so they invent some.
Thank you Mr. President!
If you have a house for sale and haven't sold it, the numbers mean nothing
to you. Like wise, if you are unemployed and numbers show the unemployement is
going down, again the numbers mean nothing to you. When you sell a house or get
a job, then they mean something.
