    If they have to ration power it's going to be a long, hot, humid summer in tokyo.

    Great, now the Japanese can rely on oil fuels for power. Oh wait a minute, that's bad too. Well, then they can build a whole bunch of those bird crunching windmills that.... Oh, well maybe they can buy a lot of the Solyndra solar panals and put them all over the country and.......Oh, I see that didn't work either. Well at least their Casio wristwatches are solar powered, and I'll bet the paper fan business in Japan is going to be a booming industry.
