all of us. Just ask them about their magic formula's of how they are justified

They don't have the resources to always do a proper investigation. People /
organizations who are getting solid evidence of abuse are doing us and the
animals a big favor.If you are a farmer, and don't want to be caught
abusing animals, rather than lobby to ban people taking pictures of your
mis-conduct, instead, ensure you are treating your animals properly.If you are a legislator, please realize that if this law passes, there will be
animals who will be abused who otherwise wouldn't be.
