    It is good to see that the court system works. The so called 'good man' was caught, convicted, and will now spend time in prison. The judge was right on target in sentencing him to 10 years in prison.

    The $5 million dollar home and the $4 million in credit card expense and $2.4 million in jewelry and all the expensive artwork shows a lavish lifestyle financed by others who lost even the chance to retire in a modest way. This criminal deserved the sentence. The scheme to defraud is separate from his effort to help scouts attain their eagle one good deed doesn't erase a bad deed.

    If I were a parent of a scout I sure wouldn't let my sone be a part of that charade in court to make that guy look better.
