Well, I don't think anyone can complain about a $525,000 raise. Most pepole
would be happy to make $525,000, let alone get a raise in that amount. I'd be
happy with a $5000 raise. That said, it is the nature of the beast and
Wittingham deserves it as much as (or more than) the next guy.
This is a great reward for his loyalty. Lots of higher paying jobs were
orçares to coach whit, but why leave when your school is as loyalty to
you as you are to them. Congrats to coach whit, we hope you stick with us
for a long time!
He could have made more at Tennessee. Glad he stayed here in Utah. He has
brought a lot of money to the University. For the amount of revenue he has
helped and will help the athletic program bring in, no one can complain about
his salary being too high.
