This is the 11 Article of Faith for "The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints". What a blessing to get all this attention. The good
pastor of Texas has done us more good than he ever dreamed! Thanks!11 We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates
of our own cconscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship
how, where, or what they may.
The comments by Jeffres were not only intentional but planned by high level and
influential Perry supporters who wanted to exploit the evangelical vote by any
means necessary. This is why I am an independent now, The Republican party has
been taken over by far right wing evangelicals. This is not the
last we have heard on this issue. Expect mystery robocalls when the
primaries come up to exploit fear and ignorance. I predicted this

As a Christian who has studied, and joined several different churches trying to
find the one most like the original, I have seen much prejudice and bigotry
along the way. I read somewhere that Christianity was called a "cult"
when it began. I tried to guide my four children to the Christian faith, yet one

Buddha and Jesus lived in different times, yet both held life to be sacred, and
both beliefs are to bring people to an understanding of God, the Creator. I
believe human beings crave knowledge and understanding of the universal moral
law,an of the Creator. We cannot have the mind of God, but we can learn from
His word about the best way to live our lives. My grandson now lives
in Utah, going to college,on his own. He likes the gentle, kind people there.
He claims he is an atheist, but I see that as a 'phase" that he will
progress through in time. He is always in my prayers, as are all of our leaders.
I enjoyed this article so much. thanks.
