    Seems like she was sorry only that she was caught and now that she's headed to jail. What a shame for such a small, close-knit community.

    "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." The real tragedy here is poor administrative process. The entire framework and oversight process should have been overhauled after the first incident. It wasn't. I have to wonder if it has now. Public officials have a duty to their citizens to properly administer their operations. This group didn't, clear and simple.
