A slap on the hand is sufficient. Don't over do it. I'm surprised security was so lax.

A citation and a little fine is a "slap on the hand". They could have been killed, or they could have hurt or killed an innocent bystander.

I'm disappointed that they won't serve some jail time.

    Greetings:

    Wow!

I wish I could do that!

    It looks like GREAT fun!!!

I remember Hartman Rector, the General Authority, and I remember he had a son who was killed falling from a cliff a couple of years ago.

    Maybe this is his grandson?

I hope the charges are dismissed.

There's too many laws, and we allow government to wield too much power.

    Thank you.

Sure, it would be nice, I honestly feel, if we could get rid of a lot of laws. The problem here is, granted, it was there choice to risk their lives, but in the course of that pursuit, they also endanger the lives of others, who did not choose for them to be thrill seeking. The laws are supposed to (and I admit, often go too far), but in theory are to protect society at large, not to simply prevent people from having fun.

I think that it is a dangerous sport & being that the church office building is right in the middle of SLC where there is tons of traffic is a "suicide" jump! They should have to serve some time in jail. Laws are laws & people like these guys who don't think that the law applies to them are the ones that make these laws, not the ones who obey them. I bet their life insurance is out of this world!

There are plenty of other places that they can do these stunts that do not jeopardize innocent people...do it where you won't hurt others!
