Thank you, I had no idea this project/mine existed in Utah.
Great news for the heartland of Utah!! It is amazing that this brand
new high-tech, state-of-the art mill has been constructed in the heart of Utah's
rich mineral belt. Imagine if Kennecott had just started today with
all the hindsight that the Western Utah Coppper Company now has. Good jobs, an
efficient mill, the opportunity for a clean operation. Thank
goodness Utah stands to benefit from all of this. It's also very cool that the
chart for this stock looks like it's still near the ground floor. What a great
opportunity for investing. The hard work's done, now it's a matter of start up
and run!!The new copper kid on the block is poised to be indeed be
crowned as king. Sign me up for market symbol CPRK.PK
CPRK will change the face of central Utah...The revenue that it will generate
for the State and community will be staggering. Nice report D News

Great tour - fantastic facility
Great tour - great facility -
I was unable to make the Grand Opening, but I am an investor in the company. I
love the article and think that it shows the potential of this company. If
anyone is interested, the stock symbol is CPRK.
I had never heard of this mine, does anyone know if it is private or a public
company? If public what is ticker?
Where and when has there been a mine were the mining company told the truth? The
West is dotted with mine waste leaching heavy metals in to aquifers that would
never run out of ore. Copper created such a massive eye sore in the Salt Lake
Valley it can be seen from space.
I had never heard of this mine/company before, does anyone know if they are
public or private? If public what is the ticker symbol?
AFTER MANY YEARS OF EVALUATING COPPER QUALITY, IT APPEARS TO HAVE FOLLOWED ME TO
UTAH . THE DEMAND FOR HIGH QUALITY CU IS, AND WILL BE EVEN GREATER SOONER THAN
LATER. CU FOR ME IS BETTER THAN GOLD .THREE CHEERS !
After reading this story and a little extra research, I plan on investing. I
have been looking into mining to round out my investments. I feel this is not
only a good time but it also feels like I'm investing in Utah's future.
Don't call it an eyesore. Call it modern art.
Hey, Anonymous...Here's some questions for you. Is the West dotted
with state-of-the-art mineral mills near rich near-surface deposits. Where exactly are all of the twins to a place like Copper King? This mill and mining area are no comparison to the dotted mines you describe.
Copper King isn't going to have a leaching operation or a tailings pond. They
recycle the water and the dry tailings go back to the overburden pile. This company has those things figured out. No need for heap leaching
when you can take near-surface ore to the mill. This area will be easily
reclaimed after mining concludes. There are lots of mining
companies that tell the truth. Don't compare Copper King (ticker symbol
CPRK.PK) to some wildcat claim jumper with big ideas and no means.
Roger,The mine is a public company, it trades under the ticker CPRK.
I would recommend going for a visit to the mine to see their operations, the
company is very willing to give tours and answer questions very frankly.
Copper King has a smart mill. With a mill like this, Copper King
will not need to to heap leaching and they don't need a tailings ond. The
extraction and concentrating chemicals will be used in the mill. When the ore
is milled, tailings come out of the mill dried and ready for placement on the
overburden pile. Water is recycled not just used once. No one
should mistake Copper King for just another wildcat claim jumping wannabe mining
interest with big dreams and no means. This is the real thing in the middle of
Utah's Milford Mineral Belt.
From what I have seen regarding this mine, they have been very good about
staying on top of the enviromental issues that are out there. The Mill that
they have put together is state of the art and will be a huge benefit to Utah
and the local community for years to come. Copper is in almost every household
appliance, vehicles, our homes, computers etc and is a necessity for our daily
lives. The demand overseas for Copper is off the charts, ie. China and India.
Way to go Copper King!!
What a wonderful day the CPRK ribbon cutting was for all shareholders. The
project has been a decade long struggle for the principles, workers, and the
mill employees. They should all have nothing but our admiration for managing,
against all odds, to bring this state of the art mill to fruition. Congratulations and best wishes to everyone involved!
I have been watching this company for over a year and have been extremely
impressed how they have held everything together despite many odds and no
"official" financing in place. There is nothing but upside in my opinion. The next month should be very exciting as the mill will be fired up and
they will begin producing copper and other precious metals. Now is the time to
jump on board...CPRK.PK. Good luck!
The title of the article should be Copper mine WILL be gold mine for Beaver
County. With a $60 million infrastructure in place there is no doubt in my mind
that this will pay off for all investors of CPRK. I agree with the previous
poster, there is nothing but upside on this one.
THIS IS REALTHIS IS A PUBLIC TRADED COMPANYAND CAN BE PURCHASED VIA
SCOTTRADECPRK IS SELLING AT .016 I URGE U TO BUY 100000@.016YOU WILL BE CHARGED 750.00AND COULD POTENTIALLY MAKE 200,000 DOLLARSi DID AND AM READY FOR THE INFUSIONSCOTTRADE IS AVA IN MOST STATESU SIMPLY GIVE THEM A CASHIERS CHECK AND OPEN AN ACCOUNT ITS SIMPLE AND FUNAND SAFE
Great comment, Friend of Copper. CPRK should be solid gold. This is what Utah
and Milford especially have been waiting for, the grand opening. Shareholders
also couldn't be happier to see this mill about to start production. Seems like
a no brainer at this price.
I am invested in this company, I live in Nashville Tn. I will be adding more
shares Monday morning.Way to go Copper King and Good Luck
After reading up on CPRK and doing some additional research, I've bought it in
order to round out my mining investments. At .016 it's an opportunity to get in
on the ground floor of a mining company that has everything set to begin
churning out money for shareholders. This isn't your typical penny stock either.
We are speaking of a $60,000,000. facility here in the good ole USA, open for
anyone to inspect.
This company will make a lot of people very rich...Question is..will they be
Americans or Chineese?
Good job to all those who got CPRK up and going. I'm invested, now its time to
add.Good luck to everyone involved!
I was at the Grand Opening yesterday and spoke with the reporter of this
article. Needless to say, he was very impressed. I expect many more articles
to come as this Company starts to realize its true potential.
I'm a product of Western culture having grown up in Utah. The history of mining
has been a few get the gold and the public gets the shaft. Mining is welfare.
Under the mining law of 1872 mining companies get America's resources below
market value. We should get a 15% royalty like every other nation charges. To
rub salt in the wound, the majority of these welfare mining companies are not
Anonymous, then you should be thrilled to know that WUCC/CPRK is indeed American
owned. In fact, it is projects like this that will get the USA on the road to
recovery in its current accounts with China. I am happy to be invested in such
a project and expect many more people will be getting in on Monday. Still a
ground floor investment here with the price under .02/share. That certainly
will not last much longer with the mine ready to start up at any time now!
Not only is this mine good for the community, it is good for a troubled economy
and probably thouands of investors everywhere.Investors help
stimulate the economy as well. The one thing the report did'nt say is
that gold and silver recovery should cover Operating Expenses and copper
Production should be profit.Very great story which is only
If there's any young person reading this article, I would tell you don't rely
mining for a job. Being a Westerner, I've gone in so many towns where people
talk about the mine reopening. I'm old enough to have sen two towns of Ely.
Then, there was Phelps Dodge and Ajo, AZ. I also grew up going to
school with kids whose father's worked for Kenecott. I remember them, suffering
when there was a strike. Go to school. Make something of your lives.
Become an engineer, go into medical or study business. Mining pays well for
Utah. A good job comes with a good environment to work in.
please hire Utah people and not the miners coming from other parts of the
country to make a quick buck. This is great news for Utahns who are unemployed
because of lay offs etc etc.
I'm sorry, but a lot of the posts above seem to me to be "astroturf". I don't
know if you keep IP logs of who posts what, but please delete the posts that
seem to want people to "invest".
Great news ... for Milford and for Utah and for smart investors looking for a
real ground floor opportunity. Copper King Mining is about to begin generating
new jobs, tax revenue, and best of all COPPER ... just at what looks to be the
beginning of America's economic recovery. Demand for strategic metals such as
copper is about to explode.CPRK looks like a winner. I've been a
shareholder from the beginning and I believe that Mark Dotson's 20-year labor is
about to reach fruition.
I'm not "astroturf" but I believe CPRK to be a rock solid buy. I urge everyone
who is interested to go see the mine and do your own research. There's not a
doubt in my mind you'll be impressed.
its truly an amazing time for long term investors of CPRK. with first hand
experience i can tell you it been a fabulous ride. with complete regards to Mark
and all the crew i SALUUUUUUUTE you with great admiration of your persistance
and hard work. let the dreams begin!just drive
It is awesome seeing someone work so hard for so long and start to grasp his and
I was there; it is real and there is compelling evidence they have a huge
Thank goodness they hired REAL electricians who actually know how to work. AND
THEY'RE FROM MILFORD!! Yeah! Excellent call. I am IMPRESSED with their
work and your call to hire them!
How did this story/company sneak up on us? From NO coverage to FRONT page? WOW.
I love all projects which create jobs and revenue for our state. This company
seems like the rags to soon to be riches story of a hometown boy who made good.
Except, unlike most cases, he is making good for his entire home town, county
and state. Looks like a great opportunity to get on at the ground floor.
Congrats to all involved.
Wow!!!!! Seems like the money maker for the stock buy is putting in all these
comments. And.....if all this copper is really there, don't you think the big
boys would have been after this already??
Wow!!!!!!! Why is this stock only at .016 ?????
I doubled my money today!!!!!!! I am going to reinvest more!!!!!!
Even though this is exciting news, by the time they actually produce, payoff the
debt and support ongoing operations, it could be years before any investors make
any money unless of course the stock gets hyped like it is through this medium
and even through hype. In today's marketplace, having the multiples that the
market supported in past years will most likely never happen again for some
time. Best of luck for the forthcoming production in hopes that copper prices
have leveled and will start inching up in the right direction, this will provide
the company with the stability that it needs for continued growth.
if this is a sure thing, why is the stock trading on the pink sheets?
Ummm, are we looking at the same stock, here? Because the trend I'm looking at
shows a company that has lost 99.2% of its value in the last few years. Getting
from here to zero is REEEEEEEEALLY easy to do, which is a ONE-HUNDRED-PERCENT
LOSS if you get in today! I can't believe the DesNews has allowed the current
"pump-and-dump" hyperbole to go this far. PLEASE USE CAUTION, INVESTORS! The
trolls on this board are looking for a quick turnaround on your short-sighted
enthusiasm and ignorance.
Thank you Reality Check! There is a sucker born every second and then they move
to Utah. Are you kidding me? They told us that they are not sure how much copper
there is, but it is three times as concentrated as the Bingham mine. This is a
pump and dump at its finest. Good work Des. Keep on investing Utah and that
bankruptcy figure will stay right were it is. And lastly kudos to the Utah
Division of Securities, another stellar job of protecting Utah investors
Long live cprk!!!!
I wonder what happened to the concept of geological sampling and reserve
estimation. Not sure how much copper there is ? Three times as concentrated
as the Bingham mine ? WOW !!!! The stock is cheap anyway so best of luck with
this slot machine type investment.
You know you have a good stock when the bashers show up. Take a look at the
appraisal on Western Utah Copper and then tell me it's a p&d. Dream on. CPRK has
moved up 100% in the last 30 days and with production should see another price
rise. With the price of metals increasing, this has winner written all over it.
I can see there is a lot of investor excitement over this new $60m mill. But
where were the Dotsons' three years ago when Park City's barely used Ontario
Mill was for sale by United Park City Mines for $1m? All mills are similar.
UPCM could not sell it and had to virtually give away their new mill to make
room for more condos! A whole industry was lost and a lot of equipment and
investment was wasted.
Can anyone tell me why the stock went down on monday with 24million shares were
traded. I makes no sence to me. Help me understand
In response to Working Moms response. You wrote: "Thank goodness they hired REAL
electricians who actually know how to work. AND THEY'RE FROM MILFORD!! Yeah! Excellent call. I am IMPRESSED with their work and your call to hire them!"FYI: When I attended the Grand Opening, I met with the gentleman
from GSL Electric. He is from SALT LAKE CITY. He said he had been there for the
past two months finishing up what the "REAL" electricians from Milford couldnt
get done on time (I dont need to tell You that thier company wasnt impressed
with the Milford electricians).
