The Jazz obviously have a superstar home crowd---they just need a superstar on their roster.

The Jazz just need a pass-first PG and backup PG (starter-quality; both Tinsley and Watson are great backups, but couldn't maintain as starters all season long, and especially during playoff games where they'd be up against superstar PGs).

Then they need two small forwards that can produce consistently (a starter and his backup).

Then Hayward can play his best position (2) all the time.

Then, the Jazz can be contenders.

So, trade-wise or draft-wise, they need that PG and that small forward. Until then, we can just relish the wins they get, which if lucky gets them into the playoffs this year (unlikely), and we can enjoy watching these young studs develop.

Kanter and Favors are really going to be something one day---all-stars for sure, but superstars unlikely. The Jazz superstar spot might need to come from the PG or SF.
