Remember, I live here, I know what's going on in polls to, do you?.Do the math, there's over 18 million voters in Florida. The Sunday
results of 646 likely GOP voters are as follows: Romney 36 percent
Gingrich 31 percent Santorum 12 percent Paul 12 percent Other/Undecided 9 percent A new InsiderAdvantage poll conducted
Sunday night of likely Republican voters in the state of Florida shows a
significant surge for Newt Gingrich. The poll has Romney leading
with 36 percent of voters, followed by Gingrich at 31 percent.
Awww Brother Chuck ShroederWe know you live there. I also saw that
nice little meeting you are holding for the Democrats that you advertised her in
the comment boards of DN. Your views wouldn't be a tad bit skewed would they?
Since you live there, you also know that Florida is a winner take all state. So
even if Romney is 41 and Gingrich is 40.5, we still end up with the same prize
for the winner. The poll you should be noting right now is that
Gingrich vs Obama shows Obama blowing away Gingrich by 14 points nationally.
Romney, however, beats Obama 48 to 47. Add Chris Christie to the ticket and you
get a decisive win.I'm starting to think it is the Democrats pushing
Gingrich and not the Republicans. The liberal media certainly gives him plenty
of attention. Go Mitt 2012! We need leadership, not excuses.
chuckyglad you live there. that must make you an authority. romney will
beat leRoy by double digits and will also beat your boy obama come November.
' romney will beat leRoy by double digits and will also beat your boy obama come
November.' - ute alumni | 10:09 a.m. Jan. 30, 2012 Why do
Republican supporters always get away with calling the first black
President.... 'boy.' That is a racist term. The MAN, has
been in elected office for over 3 years. Please, do grow up.
Pagan: I believe the fact that one can refer to a black man as "boy"
after more than 35 years of racial enlightment and social acceptance is proof
positive that the integration train has arrived at the station. Your
"boy" has no more negative and racial significance than "your
guy" or "your man" or he's one of the "good-ole-boys".
In fact just by inferring a racial connotation with the term implies, to me,
that you are playing the race card and that your hyper-sensitivity is evidence
that you are keeping the race card alive hoping for atratigic political
advantage come Novvember. Good luck on that one.
paganette:then what am I to call you? boy has nothing to do with race, you
might want to grow up and quit trying to make a racist out of something that
isn't, and I don't even have to cut and paste my comments.
I'm glad to see Floridians are getting things back on track. Newt Gingrich has
always thought of himself first. He evaded taxes for his own benefit.
Womanizing, also for his own benefit. Deciding after three state primaries that
he's going all the way is simply more evidence of Newt thinking of Newt. At
some point, Newt has to realize he is hurting the GOP nomination process.I have to agree with "deep in thought" that Democrats must be
behind this temporary resurgence for Newt Gingrich.I like some of
Newt's campaign promises, but he really isn't fit to be our president.
Mitt is set to win Florida! The 6 primaries in the month of February
are in the bag. If you check the 2008 stats at realclearpoltics website, with
the exception of Arizona, Mitt won all the states in February by large and
comfortable margins. The obvious winner in Arizona last time, is endorsing Mitt
this time. So, the 6 primaries after Florida will be easy wins for Mitt.Washington State Mar 3rd, I haven't studied it yet.Mar 6, Super Tuesday,
11 states: Alaska (my state), Wyoming, Idaho, Mass, ND, Vir (Mitt only one on
ballot) all easy. Hard to get will be GA, Tenn, OK, because of evangelical vote.
OH and Vermont, probably on momentum will go for Mitt. After Mar 6th? Well,
McCain has endorsed Mitt. Many of the states that went with him last time will
probably go with Mitt this time.If you look at the wiki site primary
results, all the yellow states (Mitt) and most of the Green (McCain) states from
2008 should go for Mitt. Most of the blue (Huckabee/Evangelicals)will probably
go for Newt/other.Go Mitt 2012
