Religious organization do not have the right to participate in government or
legislation. It breaks down the law that religions do not have a voice in
government just as the prosecutor can't go to the church and pass laws to stop
their preachings. No religion in government means no input, they are
allowed to be a public service, not public advisers. I hate it when they let
people who are supposed to defend or obey the laws be so irresponsible and
disgusting. The constitution should be required reading for every lawyer, judge,
and law enforcement and student in school. These prosecutors have
lost touch with constitutional issues and their meaning. Fire them.
Just because you can, why would you? Why would you limit business income due to
your own religious beliefs that have nothing to do with what other people do in
their free time. As long as Bar Tenders are trained to know when
someone has had too many or cannot handle their liquor. There should not be a
problem. This is true regardless of drink specials or not. I always
here the argument that it will increase drunk driving. blah blah blah....
Please show me evidence of such. Put laws in place for server training verse
putting your beliefs in place just because you do not agree with something.
Hey My2Cents:You need to educate yourself on constitutional law.
Church organizations DO have the right to participate in government. The
establishment clause only restricts government from sponsoring a religion, not a
religion from participating in the political process. We really need
better education in our high schools...
