    11 months is not long enough to determine the success of a weight loss program. Diet programs usually fail within 5 years. One can lose weight with exercise usually walking 2 miles or more most days up to 10-15% of body weight. Of course there are incredible benefits to health as cancer is less likely and non exercising control group has 21 times more infections.
