"More efficiency in the throw game today. The defense made a few nice
plays, got some interceptions, but far less drops than we had
yesterday."Sounds like a typically mixed bag for fall practice.
You're never quite sure whether an interception is a good thing or a bad thing
when your offense is playing against your defense.Utah's already
inexperienced receiving corps just lost a little more experience, albeit, JC
experience. Not good.
I will use my allowance to buy tickets to the Rose Bowl now.
"it scared the heck out of us"Yep, and this was just in
practice. A lot is riding on your QBs health this season. Backups QBs that have
never taken a D-1 snap. Some real depth there.Saturday a day of
increased physicality... just wait until Sept 10th and that's if you get by
Montana State! This is going to be fun to watch.
I bet that scared the coaches. The sight of the starting QB and young stud
freshman going down together would scare anyone. But the same can be said
about almost any team. If Heaps goes down, bYu has a former USU QB. That being
said, I agree, the Utes are gonna be fun to watch!
