DWill is on the big stage. Good luck to him. However, the trade gave the Jazz
Favors, Harris and 2 lotto picks. That is a lot of value as Harris
should be adequate at PG and very good if he would improve his shot selection.
Favors will be as good as DWill in a couple of years. The lotto
picks are going to produce at least one really good player and maybe 2. There is
also money to add bench strength. Once the lock out fog fades the
Jazz are going to be very good. KOC indicated he is having the young players
stay and work on weaknesses for the next 2 months. He also ask AJ to work on his
vert and add 2 inches. The Jazz get much better from here is they
just get some 3 point shooters. The Jazz tend to win when they get
enough outside shooting. The front line is good enough and should improve. The
wings HAVE to be able to open up the inside.
ME, me, me, me, me, me, me, me is all Deron is worried about. They really like
him in Jersey. They are going to make him the face of the Nets. Yeah right. As
with the Jazz one player does not make a team.
Lifestyles of the rich and narcissistic. Good luck, Deron. You won't win a
title with the Nets, either. Or does that somehow, magically, not matter to you
They're going to make him the face of the franchise until they sign Dwight
Best of luck to D-Will. We can thank him for the revival of the Jazz after
Stockton and Malone left. It's too bad he wasn't committed to staying here but I
don't think we need to hold a grudge and forever call him names.
D Will is giving lip service, he aint stayin in Jersey. The only way he stays
is if they land Dwight Howard or a major free agent, or another star via trade.
i agree, deron is trying to make us feel bad saying he loves new jersey, but we
all know he would not stay here. at the end of next year watch he will not like
new jersey either. i thought sac. would win the next to last game and we would
have the 5th pick. why do we alwasys lose the tie breakers. before most of you
were born when they jazz first got here we lost the coin toss to boston and they
got the number one pick and traded for mchale and the second pick. we if i
remember droped to third place, so boston with the luck of the irish won the
toss with us. can't believe it. one would think we would win one in twenty years
of tie breakers.thanks.
You do have to admit that Dwill is quick study. After failing to publically say
he wanted to stay in Utah, he was shipped away. Now he has learned to get say
what your current boss wants to hear and later do the LeBron thing. Got to hand
it to Dwill, he has learned how to play the PR game. With Jerry gone,
one can only hope that Corbin doesn't need a great point guard to win games next
year. That he opens it up more for everyone to be involved on the offensive
end. The Jazz were boring to watch under Jerry.
Yeah truth comes out. Winning meant nothing to him. Well I am happy for his ego
O wow CJ MIles now the Utah were boring to watch under Sloan..... I guess your
the only one to believe this... after debunking your Sloan never tried to teach
Miles act you revert to this lol come on....
Yes boring. I wonder why the Jazz are never on National TV? I wonder why
outside of Utah, fans don't follow the Jazz? It's because no one wants to watch
Dwill walk the ball up the floor, dribble around, wait for the pick and someone
throw it up. Then next 50 times down the floor, the same play over and over
again!! That's exciting if you like watching paint dry for entertainment. It may win games but not fun to watch.
CJ I think I agree with you on the walking the ball up the court looking for the
perfect pass. It was boring. But I alway's saw Sloan on the sidelines waving
them to be running so I would put that on the guy with the ball. Are you not
happy that things are different now? I am.Corbin is not Sloan. Sure
he worked under him and will use a lot of those things he learned but he will
also put his own mark on the team as well. Sloan coached half the season, Corbin
stayed with the same game plan because he probably thought that gave them the
best chance of success this season. I am excited to see what he
comes up with.
