So, if the Federal Government insists that it will enforce all federal laws,
then why isn't it doing it? Why should a governor of any state ever be forced
to try to protect the citizens of any state by enacting a law by that state?
SOMEone has to lead. SOMEone has to enforce. If the federal government won't
do it for the states as it is supposed to, then what recourse does a governor
have? Just tell the citizens that voted them into office that it's too bad?
That their hands are tied? That they can do nothing? Who will the citizens
blame? The president of the United States? The federal judges? The governor?
It's not about Federal powers, if it was, Obama would of taken the same action
against Utah for the exact same thing. That picture disturbs me,
come here illegally, demand citizenship, and not comply with other laws taken to
enforce immigration?"agreed that the state went too far in
making it a crime to lack immigration papers in Arizona" It's against the
law to not carry them anywhere in the US (Federal law). Straight to the Supreme
court that is not as liberal.
The most overturned federal appellate court in the country.
Seems to me that the President want to give every thing to the illegals and the
wants to come after States that pass laws to crack down on the illegals. What a
wast of the taxpayers money and I willn't be voting for the president this time
around, I don't believe in giving this country away.
