Michigan needs some help. Let's hope Davis-Blake can provide it.
Michigan is an elite academic university. Right up there with Harvard, Yale,
Stanford, Columbia, Chicago, MIT, Princeton, and Penn. A female
mormon getting to the top an elite business school is an impressive
accomplishment and a testament to enabling and powerful doctrines of Christ's
gospel. The gospel's unique brand of social feminism-- that female
attributes are treasured and beautiful, and that men and women are equal in
God's eyes-- has propelled may women in the church to high levels in both the
private and public sector. These women also find great joy in being mothers and
wives. This is in contrast to the demeaning and crippling brand of
liberal feminism that many women these days subscribe to. They shun uniquely
female attributes and traits and cowardly deny the responsiblities and joys of
being wives and mothers and at the end of their lives find themselves
unfulfilled professionally and personally.
