"BronBron." Now that's just plain funny. It comes down to
the NBA being unwatchable, uninteresting, unentertaining, too expensive for the
working class and just plain bad competition. They are lazy athletes
who are mostly self-serving, too tattoed, too whiny, un-coachable,
undisciplined, uneducated, who slur their words making it impossible to
understand the interview, "yea ya know," is the beginning of every
sentence and "well, we'll see, ok sank you," at the end with pick your
cliche in between. Thanks Doug, another great article.
Can logic be faulty? This whole article confirms why we love the Jazz, because
they care about each other and have a coach who wouldn't put up with this kind
His comment about the league being watered down and him leaving Cleveland are
not ironic. His point is that if there were less teams in the league, he
wouldn't have to be the only good player in Cleveland, and he could have stuck
around. Certainly Lebron has his fair share of stupid comments, but this one I
don't necessarily disagree with. Closing down six teams gets rid of the worst
72 players in the league.
LeBron is not my favorite by any means, but the NBA does need contraction. There
a few franchises that just need to go away. Unfortunately, before
the NBA shrinks it will grow. Everyone know Stern wants to "go
global". A team in London, a team in Moscow, a team in Shanghai, a team in
Mexico City. Not soon, but some day.
Lebron doesn't understand what pro sports is all about. It's all about the teams
who don't stand a chance, who build and work so hard to become competitive and
the fans who support their team through thick and thin. But Lebron wouldn't know
anything about that. Real superstars make the players they have around them
better. Like Jordan did with Kerr and Pippen and his entire team. I'm so sick of
the team swapping and disloyalty players have now days! Stick with the team that
wants to stick with you!
re: Tyler Ray"Lebron doesn't understand what pro sports is all
about. It's all about the teams who don't stand a chance, who build and work so
hard to become competitive and the fans who support their team through thick and
thin."Uh, pro sports is about money. Its not about the teams
that don't stand a chance...its about the teams that make money
"sharing" with those that don't. Most teams that don't
stand a chance never do...talk to the clippers. The same few teams
win every year in the NBA. LA, Boston...rinse repeat.
This is at least the second angry rant from Robinson about Lebron. As I read the
article and all I hear is HATE, HATE, HATE. Why so angry Robinson? You don't
have to like Lebron, but you don't need to insult his intelligence along with
Karl Malone and others. Maybe you wouldn't be so "smart" if you grew
up in the same circumstances these men have. Go Jazz
No question there are some bad teams but with poor management. No ones fault.
Look how many 1st round picks the Clips have had and wasted. What happens to
the Heat when the Heat doesn't meet expectations? The Jazz have to be more
frugal than the truly "rich"teams. That is OK. Would sooner support
the Jazz than the Heat. It is more about the journey than the trophy. Go Jazz!
Hey Moto X, Have you seen the bulls last ten years? They stunk after Jordan
left! How about the Warriors who went from not a chance to a great team! The
Knicks just beat quite a few elite teams and have a high record in the east! Who
The NBA is all about money. If no one watches them they will cease to exist.
Who said uneducated celebrities like Mr. James would be the person to talk to
for advise an anything. I think he went right into the NBA from High school. I
don't know if he has done some college since. We hear a lot from people who may
be talented actors or athletes, but tend to be short in the brain power.
