    Valerie- What a HUGE accomplishment you have earned!! We have enjoyed all of your articles and helping our fellow consumers. You're so AWESOME!! Although we'll miss you at Desert News We Can't wait to see what else is in store for you ahead everything you do is great!! I will be looking for you and I know it will be bigger and better!!

    I have enjoyed your articles while you were at the SE and the DN. They are making a huge mistake not having a Food Editor on staff. You have always done a great job and covered stories others have ignored. You deserve better. I wish you well with your future endeavors. Me, I'm switching to the Trib where they know the value of a good food writer.

    Your articles have been my favorite part of the newspaper. I have used many recipes and ideas. I think the Deseret News is losing a great writer. I for one will really miss your articles. You are the best!
