One might be prone say, "Too bad for Miller and his possibility of getting
into NBA record books," but this is one time that I have to go along with
league management. The article states, "... Miller then
RETALIATED, taking a running start across about three-quarters of the court and
slamming into Griffin in the lane, sending Griffin sprawling to the court"
(emphasis added). If that is an accurate description, the punishment
was deserved and Miller needs to accept his medicine and learn from his bad
choice of action. The fact that no foul was called is
irrelevant--refs repeatedly miss calls every game. So what else is new?Miller complains that he was not even allowed to give an explanation but,
again, if the news report is accurate no acceptable explanation even exists.
But he stuck him hard, and it was awesome.
@ pocyUteYeah, and I hear-tell the NBA is joining up with
professional wrestling. It's a sad day when sport is no longer sport,
even if it is what the fan wants.
You do the crime, you serve the time. It's a good lesson for MIller.
Thanks owl and yarrly!I always love critical y fans who have clearly
never played competetive sports.Miller is the ultimate competetitor
and will not take a push in the back and not give some return love. He's right
on about the league being soft too. btw..he should not have to give
up his streak either.
