Back to calling people who want immigration laws hatemongers?Amnesty
for 100,000 (not an honest number, the figures jump from 20,000 up to 1.2
million) plus their families, adult brother and sisters, in laws, etc can exceed
300 per person through sponsorships after becoming citizens. That's 100,000 x
300. And after they become citizens, who will do the work they claim
no one else will do? All the new illegal immigrants who come here
for the next amnesty. The arguments don't make sense.
Note to the lame ducks: Your slim majority is even slimmer.Roland Burris
(D-IL of Blago fame) is GONE. Mark Kirk (R-IL) has already replaced him. He
was sworn in yesterday. And Kirk has expressed his intent to vote NO on
It looks like some are trying to say that pandering to an illegal population
will get votes. A review of the most recent elections shows that a growing
majority of Americans reject any sort of amnesty, and support Arizona-style
@Bryan, I think that comes from the fact that low wage earners and new
immigrants tend to vote Democratic. I agree with you, not handling
the situation, and trying back door moves for amnesty by the Democrats is moving
middle America back to the Republicans. The time and money would be
better spent educating people thinking about coming here illegally. Your actions
today will harm your children in the future. Amnesty and allowing
this to happen over and over helps no one.
Stop the criminal invasion. NO to the "Dream" act.
I can maybe see it for those who serve in the military, especially combat
veterans, because they place their lives on the line for this country, but not
for those who are only students.
