A vote against Lee, a vote against Herbert, a vote against Philpott, is a vote
FOR the welfare of Utah. They would be disasters looking for a place to happen.
Vote for the good of Utah, and keep them out of office.
I found it ironic that more people showed up in Utah to watch the
Colbert/Stewart rally on large screen television than showed up either at the
GOP or Democratic rallies. And a lot people said they would have gone to the
television event had they known about it in advance. What does that tell us
about the current political situation not only in Utah but in the rest of the
country? Hopefully, all these fans will show up at the election polls where
their opinions will be truly counted.
I can't find one story in the DNews about what is going on nationally regarding
upcoming elections. It's as if there's no news. And you wonder why
the DNews in dwindling further into obscurity.Come here for
propoganda in support of illegal immigration and occassional stories about
Elizabeth Smart. Go elsewhere for the real news.
Granato said, "We can either elect extreme, political rhetoric-charged
candidates who want to cause a partisan gridlock or we can elect moderate,
common-sense gentlemen who will move this state and country forward,"We've had extreme left wing rhetoric-charged politicians in charge for too
long. Even when they didn't have a majority they pushed their weight around as
if they did and the moderate republican gentlement went along. That's how we
got so far into debt with way too much spending.Gridlock is better
than spending, but if we get enough conservatives in Congress maybe we won't
have gridlock and we can undo some of the harm that's been done. Maybe the
moderate gentlemen in the middle will start going along with the right instead
of the left!
I do not trust Republicans are not going to make things batter. They are the
ones who started the mess we are in. Democrats squirted lighter fluid into the
fires Republicans started. When are people going to wake up and stop being blind
that both parties are equally bad and have the same goals? To rip our
constitution to sheads and use it as toilet paper. When are people going to
learn government is not the answer. There is a reason why our currency has the
words engraved In God We Trust. Let us remember if we do vote. More laws mean
more taxes and government power over us. Reforms means more taxes and the same
thing. Trust God not political parties. Trust in the Constitution which was
inspired by the one who gave us freedom. Whos plan was all about freedom. Even
our Savior Jesus Christ. Not in the Arizona Law. Not in Obama health care. The
Constitution is right and the others are wrong and will enslave us and our
childrens future. Now is always the time to stop evil. Do not wait! Pray and
vote. God bless America!
Um, DesNews? You know there are more than two parties in Utah, don't you?Not that anyone could tell it from your election coverage.
