    I hurt so bad inside for pain and evil inflicted on Ethan. Now Joe Stacy needs to somehow regain strength to move forward with the family he still has.

    I can no longer cry..
    my heart beats shallow as my
    thoughts for this young Boy cries
    out for someone to love Him..no longer
    He smiles with a sigh with in a laughter
    no more will he say mommy please adore
    hold me,why is it so wrong to stop this weep
    For some one I Never Known in my own life~RIP ETHAN~

    Somehow the laws have to be changed where Judges are held responsible for decisions they make, especially in cases like this where there is overwhelming evidence that a child is being returned to a dangerous enviornment.

    @ Missy4: What "evidence" was there that he was going to a dangerous environment?

    There was none!

    Ethan's father never expressed a concern for his son's safety - never. He was worried his ex might not send Ethan back, but he did not even have any grounds for that fear.

    The judge did exactly what she was supposed to do - she followed the law and went with the agreement Ethan's father and mother had worked out.
