I guess I am not very bright, but how can a state tell a federal agency what
they can or can not do while presumably on federal land or the land they are in
charge of. Somebody please explain this one to this simple guy. Thanx.
Remember when it used to be free to enter national parks...where does all that
money go now that they are charging sometimes 25.00 a vehical!
Why do we have stupid lawmakers. I see the law going to cost utah several
millions dollars from federal government when the pull funding because of this
stuoid laws. I also will not want to be a sheiff or utah department of natural
resources because if the get caught speeding the will have a citation in federal
courts. I hope the put state lawmakers will pay for the court fight or citation
out of their pockets. Remember states can not make laws that goes against

authority on federal land. The only thing this will accomplish is an expensive
series of lawsuits which the state is doomed to lose. Even if it had the power,
