Summer is in full swing as we enter the month of July. For Utahans and visitors there is plenty of fun to be had with the numerous festivals to attend throughout the state. Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival

This fifth annual ballooning event will bring an array of colors to Utah's sky.

Each day of the event will begin with a pilot briefing just before the 6:45 a.m. launch.

Heritage Days Celebration

As one of the most well attended summer festivals in Northern Utah, this summer festival is put on with the goal of bringing the city's citizens closer together, creating a sense of community pride, as well as hosting family oriented fun.

Boulder Heritage Festival

Connecting the past with the present, the Boulder Heritage Festival showcases its settlement's history with a celebration of not only the early pioneers, but also the Anazasi Native Americans. The city does so through music, art, writing, stories and theater.

The theme for 2012 is "Roads, trails and cow paths."

The 62nd annual Grand Parade will be held on Friday, July 20, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. It begins at 1500 South Main Street and proceeds north on Main Street to 400 North, then west to 100 West.

Deer Valley Music Festival

DVMF is Utah Symphony | Utah Opera’s (USUO) summer home in the mountain resort town of Park City, Utah. We are entering its ninth year of providing chamber music, classical, and pops offerings in several venues: the Deer Valley Resort Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater, St. Mary’s Church, Temple Har Shalom and salon events in private homes in the Park City area.

Springville World Folk Fest

Folk dancers and musicians travel from countries around the world to attend the Springville Folkfest, which has grown to become one of the largest festivals of folk dance and music in the United States.

The Springville World Folkfest annually features approximately 250 performers dressed in the brilliantly colored costumes of their native lands. Each dance group brings a select group of musicians to provide live music for the dancing.
