Some fans might recognize the New Jersey Nets as much as they do the Utah Jazz when the two teams meet tonight at EnergySolutions Arena. These five Nets used to play for the Jazz:

Deron Williams

Jazz career: 2005-10, 3rd pick in '05 from Illinois (17.3 ppg, 9.1 apg)

Jazz highlight: "Winning that Game Seven in Houston (2007) and then going to the Western Conference Finals. Great times." Two-time All-Star and Olympic gold-medal winner. Assists: Fourth all-time (4,003); second per game (9.1).

Mehmet Okur

C: 6-11, 260 (32 years old)

Jazz career: 2004-11, free-agent signee '04. (15.3 ppg, 7.6 rpg)

Jazz highlight: Making All-Star team in 2007. Also set franchise record with 129 3-pointers. "A lot of good memories, seven years. That system and the players and coaching staff made me All-Star, better player."

Sundiata Gaines

PG: 6-1, 200 (25 years old)

Jazz career: 2010, signed Jan. 5 to 10-day contract, kept through end of season/playoffs (3.3 ppg, 1.2 apg)

Jazz highlight: Ask LeBron James about that unforgettable game-winning 3-pointer the D-League call-up from the Idaho Stampede made on, get this Jan. 14, 2010. "That was definitely my moment to me. It was a good coming out kind of party for me. That was a great start to my career."

Kris Humphries

PF: 6-9, 235 (26 years old)

Jazz career: 2004-06, 14th pick in '04 from Minnesota (3.6 ppg, 2.7 rpg)

Jazz highlight: No Kardashian jokes here, sorry. But he did have a 12-point, 12-rebound outing at the end of his rookie year — his first double-double. Also part of 2006 trade for Rafael Araujo.

NBA experience: Eight years (Utah, Toronto, Dallas, New Jersey); 5.8 ppg, 4.8 rpg

Deshawn Stevenson

SG: 6-5, 218 (30 years old)

Jazz career: 2000-04, 23rd pick as 18-year-old in '00 (5.9 mpg, 1.9 rpg)

Jazz highlight: "Playing with Hall of Famers John Stockton and Karl Malone, even the coach (Jerry Sloan). It's a special part of my career."
