Week 6 saw some notable performances from some of the best-known high school football performers in the state. Here are five of those performances, including a sophomore quarterback throwing for eight touchdown passes.

Austin Kafentzis, QB, Jordan

Kafentzis continued his assault on the state record books by completing 24 of 33 passes for 363 yards and eight touchdowns. Oh yeah, he also rushed the ball six times for 83 yards in Jordan's 56-0 romp over Copper Hills.

Chipper Lucero, QB, Alta

Lucero was at his best against a tough Brighton team and completed 18 of 28 passes for 299 yards and five touchdowns. Alta defeated Brighton, 48-31.

James Felila, RB, Kearns

Felila rushed the ball 16 times for 280 yards and four touchdowns in Kearns' 46-0 win over Taylorsville.

Koi Cook, RB, Grand

Cook rushed the ball just 10 times but gained 235 yards and scored three touchdowns in Grand's 47-0 win over Parowan.

Skyler Farnes, QB, Woods Cross

Farnes did all of his work in the first half and still finished with 236 yards passing and four touchdowns along with five rushes for 35 yards. Woods Cross defeated Cyprus, 54-7.
