Volunteers gathered Saturday to create bundles of love to be given to various foster care children throughout the state. "I have a soft spot of appreciation and love for those families affected by foster care," said Aleisha Coleman, who organized the event to "make a difference in the community." Coleman's grandmother, she said, was a foster child. The bundles created by volunteers contain clothing and necessities, as well as bedding and other accessories pertinent to a person's daily routine. Coleman is a participant in the Landmark Forum program, a professional development program that inspires community service.
