Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing isn't like other CEOs who horde bonuses for themselves to buy extravagant houses or fancy cars. Instead, when he gets a multi-million dollar bonus he shares the wealth, according to Engadget.
Yuanqing recently received a bonus of $3 million, which he generously gave back to his employees — including lower-level employees such as line workers, according to the article.
Lenovo is the world's second-largest PC vendor and currently has more than 26,000 employees globally, according to Lenovo's website.
"The additional bonus was a reward for steering the company to record shipments and profits despite a weakening PC market," according to Engadget.
