FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — It was a rare sight to see last Sunday: a wide receiver making catch after catch against Darrelle Revis.

The New York Jets cornerback was beat on quick slants as Buffalo's Stevie Johnson caught eight passes for 75 yards and a touchdown, the only one Revis has allowed this season. Defensive coordinator Mike Pettine says everyone holds Revis to such high standards that when he allows a few catches, "You're like, 'Wow. This guy is human.'"

While it wasn't Revis' best performance, part of that was the game plan against the Bills, not allowing any deep passes. Safety Brodney Pool says it's "false" to say Revis had a bad game, and that Johnson only "caught what we gave him."

Revis says he's ready for whatever Washington throws at him Sunday.
